By creating an account or using Minty Path, you agree to these Terms of Use. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
Terms of Use
Rules for using Minty Path.
These terms describe the current early-stage service, account responsibilities, user content, reminders, availability, and important limitations.
1. The service
Minty Path is a personal organizer and visual planning application for Growth Paths, branches, Inbox items, Reminders, Todos, Notes, Time Blocks, Focus, dates, Proof, templates, supported imports, exports, and backups. It is operated by Marko Vasic in Serbia.
Minty Path is an early-stage product. Features, design, capacity, and availability may change as the service is tested and improved.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure within Minty Path's reasonable control.
One person should not use another person's account without permission. Automated account creation, credential sharing for abuse, and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Minty Path to:
- Violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
- Upload, import, or link to content you do not have the right to use.
- Harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or exploit another person.
- Distribute malware, attack infrastructure, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or bypass security controls.
- Overload the service through abusive automation, scraping, imports, exports, or excessive requests.
- Use the service to store highly sensitive secrets when a purpose-built secure system would be more appropriate.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the Growth Paths, branches, Inbox items, reminders, Todos, notes, Proof, links, and other content you create. You grant Minty Path a limited permission to host, copy, process, display, back up, export, restore, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have permission to store, import, or link it. Do not enter another person's confidential or personal information unless you have a lawful reason and appropriate permission.
5. Imports and external links
Trello JSON, Minty Path JSON, AI-generated CSV, and other supported imports are processed according to the options you select. Review the preview before confirming an import. You are responsible for the source file and your right to import its contents.
Attachment, Proof, resource, and external links may lead to third-party services. Minty Path does not control those websites, their availability, or their security and privacy practices.
6. Reminders and dates
Reminders, repeating reminders, Aim dates, Deadlines, Focus, and Todos are organizational aids. They are not guaranteed emergency, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or time-critical notification systems.
This release shows reminders inside Minty Path. Browser push, email reminders, calendar sync, and external notification delivery are not guaranteed unless they are explicitly added and enabled later.
7. Free and future features
The current core service is offered without charge during early development. Free access does not guarantee that every future feature, capacity level, import type, backup type, or service tier will remain free indefinitely.
Material pricing or access changes will be communicated clearly. Existing data will not intentionally be held hostage; reasonable export access will be maintained where operationally possible.
8. Availability and changes
Minty Path may be updated, moved to another domain, temporarily unavailable, or changed without continuous uptime guarantees. Maintenance, security incidents, hosting failures, software bugs, and other events may interrupt access.
Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed when needed for security, maintainability, legal compliance, or product direction.
9. Backups and data loss
Minty Path creates certain recovery backups and allows users to export data, but no backup system is perfect. You should regularly export important Growth Paths and keep independent copies of critical evidence, files, links, or data.
Recovery backups and admin full-system backups are safety features, not promises that every historical version can always be restored.
10. Suspension and deletion
Accounts may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect security, comply with law, investigate serious violations, or protect other users and the service.
You can delete your account through Profile. Confirmed deletion removes active access and data according to the current deletion and recovery process described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
Minty Path is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is an organizational tool, not professional legal, medical, financial, employment, educational, psychological, or emergency advice.
You remain responsible for decisions, deadlines, applications, projects, routines, reminders, and outcomes. Dates, reminders, Focus, status, Time Blocks, and Proof are tools for your own organization and do not guarantee completion or results.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of opportunities, profits, reputation, or data arising from use of or inability to use Minty Path.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Because the current service is free, any aggregate liability that may lawfully be limited will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Minty Path during the preceding twelve months or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
13. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory protections that may apply in your place of residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact contact@vasicmarko.com so the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.
