Minty Path is a personal organizer built around visual Growth Paths. Plan View helps you understand the whole structure, while Work View keeps Focus, status, Notes, Todos, Reminders, dates, and Evidence attached to the branches where they belong.

No. The interactive mind map is the center of the product, but every branch can also hold status, Focus, Notes, Todos, Reminders, Aim dates, Deadlines, Evidence, relationships, and optional Private Details.

Not primarily. Minty Path can hold Todos and Reminders, but its main job is to keep the larger structure visible: what a goal contains, what matters now, what needs remembering, and what you can demonstrate.

A Growth Path is one visual workspace for a goal, project, skill, responsibility, career direction, or life area. Branches break the subject into meaningful parts you can arrange, connect, focus, and work through.

Those states help many Growth Paths coexist without making everything equally urgent. One path can be Primary, other current paths remain Active, and Paused, Completed, or Archived paths stay available without crowding the main direction.

Inbox is quick capture for loose branches that do not belong to a Growth Path yet. Add one yourself, capture it from the Chrome extension, or receive it by email, then keep it loose or place it in an existing Growth Path when its context becomes clear.

Yes. An account can use a private Minty Path email address and an allowlist of approved sender addresses. Accepted messages become Inbox items that can later be linked to a Growth Path or branch.

Reminders remember a commitment and can stand alone or connect to a Growth Path or branch.

Atlas shows all of your Growth Paths on one account-level canvas. Arrange Paths spatially, zoom into the Path under your fingers or pointer, and return to Atlas as you zoom out. Atlas positions do not change branch structure.

Yes. The template browser is searchable, grouped by category, and shows the purpose and branch count before you choose. You can rename the new Growth Path before creating it, then change or remove every branch.

Usually one to three branches inside the Primary Path. Focus loses meaning when nearly everything is selected.

A completed project, work result, published page, script, report, certificate, screenshot, feedback, demonstration, or a clear reflection explaining how you applied the skill. Registered users can attach a private JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF file directly to a branch.

No. Add a date only when timing genuinely matters. Use an Aim date for a soft target and a Deadline for a fixed commitment.

AI is optional. Path Assistant is one conversational page that can answer general questions, work with a connected Growth Path, organize exact Inbox selections, prepare structured changes, and run source-backed Research when you explicitly ask. It uses the default provider connection you configure. Suggestions never apply themselves: you review the proposed actions first, and meaningful changes to an existing Path receive an automatic recovery backup. Credentials, encrypted Private Details, attachment contents, recovery material, and other users' data are excluded.

No. A normal chat response cannot mutate your workspace. When Minty has a concrete change to offer, it creates a structured action button that opens a separate review. You choose what to keep before applying it, and meaningful changes to an existing Path create an automatic recovery backup.

No. Conversations, provider connections, Growth Paths, branches, Inbox selections, proposals, and apply operations are scoped to the authenticated owner on the server. IDs supplied by the browser or provider are validated against that ownership before data is read or changed.

Every request includes your display name, time zone, and safe preferences, and a general chat also gets a compact list of your Growth Paths. When a Growth Path is connected, Minty can include its branches, relationships, Notes, Todos, Evidence, dates, and Reminders. Exact Inbox content is included only when the conversation is opened with that selection; to suggest where those items belong, Minty also reads the titles, descriptions, Notes, and open Todos of the branches it may file them under. Credentials, encrypted Private Details, attachment contents, recovery material, hidden system data, and unrelated users' content are excluded.

Yes. A share can use an open link, a password, or invited email addresses. Viewers remain read-only; a verified invited account can be given Commenter access for Path and branch discussions. You choose whether supporting Notes, Todos, and Reminders are included, can change those settings later, and can remove one reviewer or stop the whole share at any time.

Yes. A signed-in user can duplicate a shared Growth Path into their own account. A new visitor can create an account first, then keep an independent copy without changing the original.

Minty Path supports controlled viewing, duplication, and private reviewer comments, but not real-time collaborative editing. Reviewers cannot edit branches, and each owned Growth Path still belongs to one account.

Private Details are an optional encrypted area inside a branch for occasional sensitive information. Encryption and decryption happen in the browser with your private passphrase; normal Notes, Todos, Evidence, and Inbox items are not part of that encrypted area. Nobody can recover a forgotten private passphrase, but you can erase all Private Details in Profile → Data and choose a new one.

Branch attachments are private to the signed-in account. They are not included in Guest Mode, shared Growth Paths, or shared duplicates. Every preview and download checks account ownership first.

Your account and Growth Path content are used to provide and secure the service. Administrative tools expose operational account and backup information, not a routine private-content browser. Read the Privacy Policy for retention, service-provider, and security details.

Yes. Guest Mode opens the real mind-map workspace with browser-local saving. You can build and rearrange one Growth Path, use fullscreen Plan View, and keep that path when you create an account.

Guest work stays in that browser and is not stored in a Minty Path account. It is not intended for sharing or moving between devices. Create an account when you want to keep the Growth Path as owned account data.

Yes. Growth Paths can be exported as Minty Path data and as SVG, PNG, JPEG, or PDF visuals. Restoring a Path backup adds it as a new Growth Path. Full account backup and restore are in Profile; a full restore replaces your current Paths and shows what it removes first.

Yes. Minty Path is a responsive web app with touch controls for panning, pinch zoom, branch selection, movement, fullscreen Plan View, and branch details. Very large maps remain more comfortable on a larger screen.

The current core product is free while it is being developed with early users. Any future paid or supporter options will be introduced clearly rather than silently removing existing access.

Confirmed account deletion permanently removes the owned workspace through Minty Path's deletion process. Limited operational records or a temporary recovery backup may remain only where described in the Privacy Policy.
